My career in mental health commenced in 2012. I have had the privilege of working with both inpatient and outpatient populations at the esteemed Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone.
Additionally, I have also worked at Maggie's, a nationwide not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing psychological support to those affected by cancer, including family and loved ones. Since 2018, I have been running my own private practice.
Throughout various stages of my career, I have sought therapy myself.
This has provided me with valuable insights from both sides of the therapeutic relationship.
I offer not just psychological expertise, but also warmth and a genuine desire to aid my clients in gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and leading more fulfilling lives.
I am a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
I am trained to draw on various approaches, including CBT, ACT, CFT, DBT, relational and existential thinking. My practice is evidence-based, including concepts like mindfulness, acceptance, compassion, neuroscience and evolutionary biology.
I am also a supervisor to other psychologists and psychotherapists.
Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (Regent’s University London)
Master’s in Psychology (University of East London) (Distinction)
Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Psychology (Regent’s University London)
I work with mild to moderate mental health presentations. Therapy can also provide a space for exploration and growth in various aspects of life beyond mental health experiences.
Get in touch to discuss your needs or arrange an initial session. I'm here to provide guidance, support and therapy tailored to your unique circumstances.
